DJ Art Institution exists to help ensure that present and future generations inherit not only the music, but also the knowledge, appreciation and artistic foundations that define Disc Jockey Art. The future of Disc Jockey Art depends not only on future Disc Jockeys, but on future audiences who understand how to appreciate the art.

Education is one of the ways we achieve that mission. We believe young people should have the opportunity to discover music in safe environments that encourage curiosity, respect, creativity and genuine human connection. By learning how to appreciate Disc Jockey Art from the beginning, they become the future custodians of its culture.

The Institution believes that human connection is created through genuine live artistic performance. Live performance is where judgement, creativity, spontaneity and the possibility of imperfection come together to create authentic moments between the Disc Jockey and the audience. It is this shared experience that gives Disc Jockey Art its uniquely human character.

The Institution supports initiatives, venues and educational experiences where music takes centre stage, sound quality is respected, people feel welcome and Disc Jockey Art can be experienced in a safe, inspiring and meaningful environment.
